Bowl clearance varies from person to person. Some people have bowel movements three times a day. Others have them only once or twice a week. Being constipated means your bowel movements are difficult or happen less often than normal. Almost everyone has it at some point in life, and it's usually not serious. Still, you'll feel much better when your system is back on track.
My recommendation is better cure yourself don't depend upon doctor.
Here are my recommendation;

YOGA LAGHOO SHANKH-PRAKSHALAN ( INTESTINE WASH)
Technique:
Drink two glasses of lukewarm salty water as quickly as possible. Perform the following five asans dynamically, eight times each in the correct sequence i.e. TadasanTiryak Tadasan,Kati ChakrasanTiryak Bhujangasan and Udarakarshanasan. Drink two more glasses of water and repeat the asans eight times each. Repeat the process for a third and last time. Go to the toilet but do not strain whether there is a bowel movement or not. If there is no motion immediately, it will come later on. Batter performs Kunjal Kriya and immediately after completing the practice. This practice should be practiced in the morning when the stomach is completely empty, before any food or drink is taken. Allow an hour for this practice. Do not perform this practice in the rainy day.

In beginning three day continuously. later Once a week is sufficient for general purposes. In cases of constipation, especially pita diseases such as flatulence, acidity, indigestion and other digestive upset, blood infection such as acne, allergy, blood infection, gout; it helps prevent urinary infections or any other diseases which can be cured by it, referred by good Yog teacher,
however, it may be practiced daily until the condition improves. After completing this practice rest for half an hour before taking any food or drink. There are no special food restrictions and no special food has to be taken following this practice. Do not try to force a bowel movement; it should be completely natural. Combining this practice with fasting or light food may derive greater benefits.

 Whereas the full method completely empties and cleanses the whole digestive system, the Laghoo or short method is only intended to encourage normal functioning of the intestines. It is an excellent yet simple method of encouraging good bowel movement and is ideal for those who are unable to practice the full version. Laghoo is highly recommended for those with digestive disorders such as constipation, especially pita diseases such as flatulence, acidity, burning in heart, eyes, body indigestion and other digestive upset.
This is also best for blood infection such as acne, allergy, blood infection, leprosy, gout; it helps prevent urinary infections and the formation of kidney stones, and is used in many yoga therapy situations. Medication may be safely continued.
Water Therapy for normal constipation
Drinking water early morning without brushing is one of best natural pathy can cure many diseases it can cure constipation easily, enable you to loose weight. This water flushes out your stool.
Store water in copper jug. Place it before the Sun if u can. When you go to your bed place it near the bed.Drink water from copper jug. You can start it from 250 ml (10 ounce) and gradually increase it to 1500ml (60ounce) drink it before leaving bed.
Drink water before brushing your teeth. Since there is saliva stored on your tongue overnight this water takes this saliva to your stomach, which helps you to digest easily.
If you drink any thing accept water may be tea, coffee or juices etc. they will destroy your digestive system as well as your teeth.
Always brush your teeth after making water.
If you have constipation after drinking water sit on your feet and try to walk few meters.
Natural remedies
Figs
Figs are very high in fiber and act as a natural laxative. When fresh figs are available, eat them with their skin on. The skin contains most of the fiber and calcium.
Take two to three almonds and dried figs.
Soak them in water for a few hours.
make paste.
Take this paste at night.
Castor Oil
Being a stimulant laxative, castor oil stimulates the small and large intestines and improves the bowel movement. Simply swallow one to two teaspoons of castor oil on an empty stomach. To improve the taste, you can take it with a fruit juice.
Within a few hours, you will notice a huge improvement in your condition. You must not repeat this remedy for a prolonged period as it can cause side effects.
Flax Seed
Flax seed has many medicinal properties along with tons of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Also, flaxseed has a laxative property, which can be very useful in curing mild to very serious cases of constipation. Soak it in water for 5–6 hour. Eat seed and drink this water
Gauva helps to flush out easily
Psyllium
A member of the plantain plant species, psyllium is a natural fiber laxative that helps create bulk stools. Psyllium is often used to treat chronic constipation and may be combined with other laxatives, both natural and synthetic. It may cause allergic reaction, nausea, stomach pain, or vomiting.
